The Town Clerk has received rulings from the Attorney General’s office on the bylaw changes that were passed at the Special Town Meeting held on February 24, 2026.
The Attorney General only allowed article 9, which was to Amend Section 2.6 “Site Plan Review”. They said No to all the moratoriums.
