The Town of Worthington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Meeting Hall at 160 Huntington Road. The Commission will consider the filing of a Notice of Intent for the following project: A Large-Scale Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation (LSGMSPI) at 190 Ridge Road.

5. Discussion of Commission’s role and questions for town Attorney
6. Opportunities for Commission to gather information on DOER Permitting process. One is being held at Westhampton Town Hall on Saturday, 9/26
7. Consider hiring consultants to help us navigate solar projects; speak with Angela Panaccione about her availability and fields of expertise
8. Review of meeting minutes 7/16/26 and 8/20/26
