How many calls do we have that no one responds to? & What times do they typically happen?

From Northampton Control Dispatch, from 1-1-2021 to 12-31-2021, not including wires/trees down and brush fires, there were 90 logged calls. We typically on average have 125 calls per year.

Out of the 90 logged calls, there were 5 calls with no response, all between 7am-3pm.

46/90 calls happened between 7:00am-3:00pm

29/90 calls happened between 3:00pm-11:00pm

15/90 calls happened between 11:00pm-7:00am
