The Massachusetts Department of Public Hea;lth has initiated a program to provide in-home vaccinations for homebound individuals. “Homebound” is defined by the state as being unable to get to a doctor’s office, even with assistance.
Worthington has joined ia partnership with Amherst and other Hampshire County towns to facilitate this program in our area. If you are eligible and want to get on the list to be vaccinated please go to: Regional Homebound COVID Vaccination Program – Enrollment Form or you can call: 259-3077 (the Amherst Health Department number and leave a message with their contact info)
Note: Some health care providers are offering this service to their homebound patients, so you should first check with them for in-home vaccine availability.
