The​ ​Worthington​ ​Cemetery​ ​Commission​ ​reminds​ ​anyone​ ​with​ ​a​ ​grave​ ​in​ ​one ​of​ ​the​ ​town​ ​cemeteries​ ​that​ ​all​ ​nonbiodegradable​ ​items​ ​(pots,​ ​plastic​ ​flowers,​ ​etc.),​ ​except​ ​flags​ ​and​ ​flag​ ​stands,​ ​must​ ​be​ ​removed​ ​by​ ​November​ ​first​ ​each​ ​year.
