All are invited to attend the 2026 Annual Meeting of The Worthington Library on Sunday, October 25 at 3 pm.
There will be a panel discussion on local food and the future of farming, with growers from Four Corners, Rabbit Run, Cure for Boredom, Kinne Brook, and Bare Roots farms, along with Old Post Orchard. We’ll hear about this year’s harvest, plans for spring planting, and the joys and woes of hill town husbandry. Homemade cookies and cider will follow.
The meeting will be at the Worthington Historical Society, across from the library at 6 Williamsburg Road.
Library Director Jo Averill-Snell will be on hand to answer questions about C/WMARS, the statewide online library system that Worthington has recently joined. Updated library cards are now available.
Worthington Library is open Tuesdays 3-7, Thursdays 10-6, and Saturdays 10-4.
