Notice of Public Hearing – CONTINUATION
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Worthington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in response to a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) regarding the following work associated with a proposed ground-mounted solar photovoltaic facility at 105 Old Post Road:
§ Improvement of existing perimeter fencing
§ Management of existing field edges – brush cutting and tree removal
§ Replacement of existing access road
The Hearing will be held Thursday, May 21 at 7:00 PM at Town Hall, 160 Huntington Road.
