NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, CONTINUATION
Thursday, January 8, 2026 – 6:30 pm – Town Hall
On January 8, 2026, the Planning Board for the Town of Worthington will hold a continuation of the Public Hearing opened November 20, 2025, regarding an application for Special Permit submitted by BWC Wades Stream, LCC / BlueWave Solar for a Large Scale Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation at 190 Ridge Road. The Planning Board and the applicant have agreed to combine the review process for the Special Permit application and the Site Plan Review application into this Public Hearing.

Please note: the Planning Board will also be meeting Wednesday, January 7, at 10 am in the Town Hall. The agenda for this meeting is focused on reviewing proposals for Technical Review of the BlueWave applications, and on developing amendments to the Worthington Zoning Bylaws with the aim of quickly addressing some shortcomings particularly in terms of Battery Energy Storage Systems and the Site Plan Review process. The most up to date agenda can be found here. The public is, as always, welcome to attend, but we are not seeking testimony as we would in a public hearing. We hope everyone with interest in this project will come share their thoughts and concerns on January 8.
