Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Worthington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in response to a revised Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) regarding the work associated with the installation of an agricultural fence occurring outside the buffer zone, as part of a proposed ground-mounted solar photovoltaic facility at 190 Ridge Road.
The Hearing will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM at Town Hall, 160 Huntington Road.
