On February 11, 2026, the Planning Board for the Town of Worthington will hold a continuation of the Public Hearing opened November 20, 2025, regarding applications for Special Permit and Site Plan Review submitted by BWC Wades Stream, LLC / BlueWave Solar for a Large Scale Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation at 190 Ridge Road. This hearing will be held during a Public Meeting of the Planning Board. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm to allow the Planning Board to take care of regular business. The hearing will begin at 6:30 pm. The agenda can be found in the calendar listing.
Since the previous session of this hearing, the Planning Board has hired PARE Corporation to assist with a technical review of the proposed project. They are currently carrying out that review, we do not yet have their initial report.
We expect this hearing will be continued until a date in March, by which we should have the technical reviewer’s report.
