Greetings Worthingtonians:
On July 1, 2023, we will once again recognize the founding of our wonderful town with a 255th birthday party and the Founder’s Day pot luck supper.
We expect to have another wonderful musical performance, your great food and, hopefully, children’s events in the afternoon.
The event will once again be held at the Historical Society and more information will be available as the date approaches.
If you’d like to participate in the organization, setup, cleanup, children’s events or any other aspect of the

This year we will also recognize the wonderful contributions that Steve Kulik made to the town over his many years as Selectperson, State Representative and, most importantly, friend and neighbor. To that end we’d like to ask everyone to send their special memories of Steve to the Founder’s Day Committee. The messages will be collected in a book to be presented to Steve’s family the night of the event.
Please consider sharing one or two photographs of Steve as well. With your permission, a few of those messages and photographs will be shared from the stage that night.
