Dear Community:

Preschool: Preschool will continue to be free of cost to families. Please see the attached preschool policy on how enrollment decisions are made. Final read: Preschool Admission policy.docx

Breakfast: If your child is signed up to eat breakfast, please make sure to arrive no later than 8:30a.m. breakfast ends at 8:50am and we want to ensure that they have sufficient time to eat.

MCAS: Students in grades 3-6 will be taking the MCAS ELA test on April 5 and 7 beginning at 9:15. If your child is in those grades, please make sure they are on time and get a good night’s sleep!

Breakfast will be provided for them.

Breakfast with the grown-ups: Please join us for breakfast on April 15, 2022 beginning at 8:30 in the cafeteria. Cafeteria Manager, Ashley, will make a delicious breakfast for you to enjoy with your child. Complimentary coffee will be provided too. If adults would like to purchase breakfast, please fill out the form sent home in folders. The cost will be $2.00.

Letter to Families:

Common Illness Reminders: Please remember to always inform the nurse’s office of any illness symptoms. If your child is not feeling well and will not be coming to school, please be sure you are calling or emailing your child out of school due to illness, in addition, please CC me (spease@hr-k12.org) on those emails as well.

At-Home Covid Tests: You may still sign your child up to receive our weekly at-home covid tests. If you would like to begin receiving these tests, please reach out to me at spease@hr-k12.org.
