The Auction of tax title properties went very well on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. 6 of the 8 listed properties sold for a total of $80,300. And most inmportantly that puts those properties back on the tax roles. The results are below:
$32,000 – A certain parcel of land with a building thereon, if any, located at 14 Fisk Road in Worthington, Massachusetts, containing 7.90 acres of land more or less, shown as Assessor’s Map 411, Lot 4, and being the premises described in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds, Book 12000, Page 12. A $2,000.00 deposit will be required to pre-qualify for auction participation.
$500 – A certain parcel of land located at Brown Hill Road in Worthington, Massachusetts, containing 2.50 acres of land more or less, shown as Assessor’s Map 403, Lot 74.1, and being the premises described in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds, Book 11524, Page 291. A $2,000.00 deposit will be required to pre-qualify for auction participation.
NO SALE – A certain parcel of land located at Rear Bashan Hill Road in Worthington, Massachusetts, containing 0.56 acres of land more or less, shown as Assessor’s Map 404, Lot 22, and being the premises described in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds, Book 5879, Page 268. A $2,000.00 deposit will be required to pre-qualify for auction participation.
NO SALE – A certain parcel of land located at Bashan Hill Road in Worthington, Massachusetts, containing 0.69 acres of land more or less, shown as Assessor’s Map 403, Lot 57, and being the premises described in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds, Book 5976, Page 81. A $2,000.00 deposit will be required to pre-qualify for auction participation.
$17,500 – A certain parcel of land located at Ring Road in Worthington, Massachusetts, containing 53 acres of land more or less, shown as Assessor’s Map 413, Lot 50, and being the premises described in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds, Book 11243, Page 30. A $2,000.00 deposit will be required to pre-qualify for auction participation.
$30,000 – A certain parcel of land located at Lindsey Hill Road in Worthington, Massachusetts, containing 23.220 acres of land more or less, shown as Assessor’s Map 406, Lot 7, and being the premises described in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds, Book 12135, Page 328. A $2,000.00 deposit will be required to pre-qualify for auction participation.
$300 – A certain parcel of land located at Osgood Road in Worthington, Massachusetts, containing 12.2 acres of land more or less, shown as Assessor’s Map 402, Lot 8, and being the premises described in the Hampshire Registry of Deeds, Book 5064, Page 223. A $2,000.00 deposit will be required to pre-qualify for auction participation.
