NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Thursday, April 18 2024 – 6:30 pm – Town Hall
The Worthington Planning Board will hold a public hearing for proposed amendments to Zoning Bylaws:
- Update section 4.4(a) (USES AUTHORIZED ON SPECIAL PERMITS) to consolidate several recreational uses under a single Outdoor Recreation use, and add a definition of Outdoor Recreation.
- Addition of section 4.4(c) allowing temporary events falling outside of typical uses for a property to be governed by an Event Permit issued by the Selectboard.
