Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Worthington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in response to a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by the Hilltown Land Trust to construct a footbridge on their land located on the northerly side of South Worthington Road near Conwell Pond. The project is located near latitude: 42.34881, longitude: -72.89527; Assessors Map and Lot numbers: 411 0 19 & 411 0 21.
The Hearing will be held at 7 PM, Thursday January 19, 2023, at Worthington Town Hall.
