COUNCIL​ ​ON​ ​AGING​ ​FLU​ ​CLINIC

For​ ​the​ ​convenience​ ​of​ ​our​ ​senior​ ​residents​ ​ages​ ​60​ ​plus,​ ​the​ ​COA​ ​in​ ​conjunction​ ​with​ ​the​​ Hilltown Community Health Center​ ​will​ ​be​ ​offering​ ​a​ ​walk-in​ ​flu​ ​clinic​ ​on​ ​November​ ​6​ ​10:00 am-12:00 pm​ ​at​ ​the​ ​Worthington​ ​Community Health​ ​Center.​ 

​No​ ​appointment​ ​necessary.​ ​Insurance​ ​card​ ​or​ ​social​ ​security​ ​number​ ​and​ ​ID​ ​are​ ​needed.​ ​​ ​
