The hearing scheduled for September 24 will be continued to October 22, 2026 at 6:30pm at the RH Conwell School. The Planning Board will meet on September 24, 2026 but no testimony will be heard and there will be no discussion of the project. The board will simply vote to continue the hearing.
At the October 22 session we expect to have a list of draft or potential conditions which would accompany any decision the board may eventually issue. We will expect to discuss this list of conditions with the applicant, review a further technical memo regarding the stormwater report submitted in August, and possibly discuss concerns raised by the Board of Health and Fire Chief. We will expect to also receive public comment.
