The Planning Board received a Preliminary Plan for Subdivision at 105 Old Post Road on January 29, 2026.

The Planning Board was told by BlueWave that they are expecting to propose a Large Scale Ground Mounted Solar Installation for the property at 105 Old Post Road, but we have not yet received an application for Site Plan Review. The receipt of a Preliminary Plan for Subdivision has the effect of freezing zoning on that parcel. Even if Worthington changes our zoning bylaw, the applicant will be able to move forward with the zoning bylaw in effect as of January 29, 2026.
