Our Parks & Recreation team was finalizing plans for this year’s town Halloween Celebration, but we’ve received feedback that a lot of families may not be able to attend on our originally planned date (which hasn’t been publically posted yet)
We’d love to hear from the community before making a final decision! You can vote here on Facebook for which date works best for your family. Or email the Parks & Recreation Committee here with your preference.

This year because Halloween falls on a Friday and not interfering with a school night it should be held on Halloween.
Let’s keep it on Halloween from here on.
I would like to see trick or treat night on Friday, October 31st this year
I agree with Karen. Halloween should be on Halloween. Moving it takes away some of the joy for the entire town on that day.
I would request that you shorten the hours (usual 4:00 p.m. to 8:30: in the past) to
4:00p.m. to 6:00 ( or 5to 7 pm.) for trick or treaters to come and pick-up treats at our houses. 4 hours makes no sense. I like seeing and being a part of halloween,but if like myself I think you will have less households participating unless you decide to respect our time and our money. Thanks Scott

Celebrating Halloween, even decorating your home, handing out candy, allowing your children and grandchildren, to partake in it, opens them and you up to unclean demonic activity, affecting your family, your home, business and neighborhood!
