Notice of Public Hearing(s)
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the Worthington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in response to a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) regarding the proposed work associated with the replacement of a failed septic system, including any tree removal, at 476 Dingle Road.
The Hearing will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Selectboard meeting room at Town Hall, 160 Huntington Road.

The Continuation of September 11, 2025, Public Hearing regarding the replacement of a septic tank and the installation of a new well at 52 Patterson Road.
