Public Hearing
The Town of Chesterfield, working with Hilltown Community Development Corporation will be submitting an FY26 Community Development Block Grant for Housing Rehab and other public social services including Elder Services, in 8 Hilltown Communities – Chesterfield, Cummington, Goshen, Plainfield, Savoy, Westhampton, Williamsburg and Worthington.

Each year the Hilltown CDC prepares a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for several Hilltowns, with Chesterfield in the lead. For Fiscal Year 2026, we are submitting an application for the towns of Chesterfield, Cummington, Goshen, Plainfield, Savoy, Westhampton, Williamsburg and Worthington.
