Free Grab & Go meal for Worthington Seniors
September 19, 2024 from 12 noon-1:00 pm at Town Hall.
(Please Note the new Pick-up Time)
The menu will be a choice of Vegetarian Chili or Baked Haddock & Lemon Sauce with Couscous, Veggies and Milk.
To reserve your meal, please call or text 238-1999 by Sunday, September 15 and tell us your name , number of meals and the name of the person also receiving the meal, and their meal choice.
New enrollee forms can be downloaded here and are also available at the Town Hall bulletin Board and the COA bulletin board at Corners Grocery. You can also fill one out when you come to pick up.
Please bring a bag with you to carry your meals to the car.
