Friday Night Cafe – Sept. 13, 2024

Session 2 of the 2024 Friday Night Cafe season takes flight on Sept. 13. 

—— Phil Nolan “Doormat Shuffle” ——-

The first half of the evening from 7 – 8 will be a set of Spoken Words – storytelling featuring local storytelling pro Rochelle Wildfong along with Tim WalterJohn Bye and Jeff Bliss.

Music will fill the second hour, provided by first-time FNC performer Phil Nolan. Phil was born and raised in Asjhfoe;d and can be heaerd each week at the Transfer Station where he has run the show since 1987! Phil will bring his guitar and play some of his original “transfer station blues”.

The show is from 7:00 – 9:00 at the Village Church in beautiful downtown Cummington in the heart of the Cummington Cultural District.

The event is free, donations are appreciated, snacks are provided, BYO drinks. The show will take place in the intimate Vestry space. Masks are welcome, and encouraged. Once again brought to you by the friendly folks at the Village Church who believe music can be a powerful force for building community.
