Happy Friday!  Tomorrow, the school will be hosting a Book Fair from 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and there is also a preschool and kindergarten Open House taking place from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.   We hope you can join us for the Book Fair!  And, if you have a preschooler or rising kindergartener, we hope to see you at the Open House.

Just a friendly reminder that if you are dropping off or picking up a preschooler, please make sure you park in a parking space and that you drive in slowly.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Breakfast:  If your child is signed up to eat breakfast, please make sure to arrive no later than 8:30a.m.  breakfast ends at 8:50am and we want to ensure that they have sufficient time to eat.

FY 23 Budget:  The following school and building budget was approved by the School Committee last evening.  Please feel free to see me with any questions.  The School Committee will hold a  public budget hearing on April 7, 2022.   Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about the budgets.

Nurse Sam Update:

Please check out my new website for the most up-to-date information and updates from the nurse’s office. https://sites.google.com/hr-k12.org/rhc-nurses-office/

  • Common Illness Reminders: Please remember to always inform the nurse’s office of any illness symptoms. If your child is not feeling well and will not be coming to school, please be sure you are calling or emailing  your child out of school due to illness, in addition, please CC me (spease@hr-k12.org) on those emails as well. We are seeing an increase in cold-like symptoms (as expected with the mask mandate being released), and I cannot help if I am not informed.
  • At-Home Covid Tests:  You may still sign your child up to receive our weekly at-home covid tests. If you would like to begin receiving these tests, please reach out to me at spease@hr-k12.org.
