Hilltown Community Health Centers is partnering with the Northampton and Chesterfield Boards of Health, the Chesterfield General Store and the Hilltown Community Development Corporation to bring an opportunity to the community. On Friday, August 13th from 3-6pm at the Chesterfield General Store.
Anyone over 18 in the community can receive a free Covid-19 vaccination. This will be one of a few pop-up clinics in the area where no appointment is necessary.
Staff will be offering the Johnson & Johnson (1 dose) and Moderna (2 doses) vaccines. If people choose to receive the Moderna vaccine, we will help to schedule the 2nd dose at one of the Hilltown Community Health Centers.
This event is open to anyone 18+. (If you have children under 18, please call 667-3009 ext. 261 to schedule the appropriate vaccine for them.)
Also, everyone who shares this event on their Facebook page & follows Hilltown Communituy Health Center (HCHC) will be entered to win one of the $25 gift cards to the Chesterfield General Store. Entries can be made through Friday 8/13 @ 6pm.
