Work on a culvert where Watts Stream crosses Starkweather Road will begin on Monday, April 5, 2021.
Starkweather Road will be closed just below the intersection of Ridge Road and the R. H. Conwell School for approximately 2 months.
Access to the lower end of Starkweather will be via Sam Hill Road & West Street. Detour signs have been posted.
